We deliver our goods nationwide to your home address or direct to site. South Coast Stone uses a third party haulage company. The stone you have purchased will be stacked carefully onto pallets. We use polystyrene as padding and extra strong pallet wrap to ensure the stones remain undamaged on their trip to you. The delivery lorry will lower the pallet(s) to ground level using their tail lift when dropping off the stone items. Before signing for a pallet please check for obvious signs of damage (broken stone on pallet or rips in the pallet wrap). You will recieve your invoice in the post. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a damaged stone and we will make the necessary arrangements. Please note a refund WILL NOT be given if the incorrect size is ordered.
